Small circuit of less than an hour which will allow you to discover Obernai, its architecture and its history.
Here is a short educational walk to do with the family along the Ehn river in Obernai. This trail, which is very popular with local walkers and runners, will allow you to learn a whole lot of information about the nature that surrounds you. You will also see that the river has a life, and that it evolves.
Throughout this walk of approximately 2.4 km round trip you will discover 12 educational panels.
4 km west of Obernai town centre, the Léonardsau estate and its 9-hectare park are a haven of calm and greenery at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile.
Located at a place called Saint Léonard, on the border of the municipalities of Boersch and Obernai.
The Park is open to the public every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Throughout your walk on the Schenkenberg Wine Trail, information panels comment on the work of the vine, from pruning to harvesting. You will thus discover, step by step, the different grape varieties as well as the phases of evolution. some wine. The panoramic view reveals all the splendor of the Plain of Alsace, from the hills under the Vosges to the Vosges chain.

9km round trip from the center of Obernai to the Bischenberg convent
This loop starts in Ottrott-le-Haut and passes by the castles of Ottrott, the shelter of Elsberg and the Hohenburgerberg and returns to Ottrott by the path of the pilgrims of Compostela.
Loop hike, with Mont Sainte Odile as the high point, an emblematic place of pilgrimage dedicated to the patron saint of Alsace. Beautiful views of the plain of Alsace from the site, with orientation tables. In good weather we will have the chance to see the Cathedral of Strasbourg. We also walk along the mysterious Pagan Wall. On the way back, ruins of the castles of Hagelschlos and Ottrott (but which cannot be visited).
